For the welfare of our Papillon Puppies, we do NOT allow our puppies to go to their new homes until a minimum of 12 weeks old. In rare cases, we may keep the Puppy until 26 weeks or 6 months old if we feel they are not ready for their new home yet. We will only ship a puppy according to how the puppy is developing. We want you to receive an extremely happy and without any health issues. Our vet will have the final say on when the Puppy is ready to travel.

Personalized Delivery

While we encourage all of our puppy buyers to collect their puppies from us in-person in Greece, we also understand that Greece may be very far away. Regardless of whether you choose to collect the puppy in person OR we deliver the puppy to you, the price will be approximately the same, which is why we feel it is best for buyers to collect their puppies themselves whenever possible. In certain circumstances, you may not be able to travel to collect a puppy in which case Olympic Lemonade will do our best to find a method of transportation that works for you. In certain circumstances, we may consider personally flying the puppy to you, however this is always decided on a case by case basis.

Please Note: That due to various regulations we will NOT deliver or allow a buyer to fly with a puppy younger than 15 weeks. While puppies are certainly capable of travelling at 12 weeks, many countries have import regulations surrounding rabies vaccinations that simply makes it impossible to enter the country with a puppy younger than 15 weeks. Even if your countries import regulations say 12 weeks (like the UK DEPHRA website does) they are lieing to you and you will be denied entry unless the puppy is 15 weeks old.

We do not offer delivery in the UK, family’s from the UK must come to our kennels. Olympic Lemonade is NOT responsible for denial of entry at the UK border. Buyers from the UK are entirely on their own when dealing with their own lieing, import office. Buyers from the UK will need to provide a detailed plan on how they will react if the puppy is denied entry at the UK border. Placing the puppy in a Dog Hotel is NOT an acceptable alternate. However in countries such as USA, Canada and the EU we understand Greece is a long way to come and do offer a personal delivery service.

Shipping as Cargo

Olympic Lemonade Papillons have a reputation worldwide for our fur babies, however we are not a fan of shipping pets as cargo. Shipping a puppy as cargo will only be considered in special circumstances and after a full discussion on the implications before we offer the option to pay for shipping with a professional pet transport team. If we do agree to ship a puppy as cargo, only Pet Transport companies who are members of the IPATA (International Pet and Animal Transport Association) will be considered to ensure our puppies get the right care during shipment.

Delivery & Shipping Refunds

There is absolutely no refunds for shipping or delivery costs once paid regardless of whether the delivery is successful or the reason the delivery failed. These costs are 100% non-refundable.
